Balance is the natural state of the mind and body. Ayurveda tells us that we are made up of a unique combination of the five elements that make up our constitution. Lance Roehrig, a local Ayurvedic Practitioner, will discuss how understanding our Prakrati (constitution) can empower us to make the dietary choices that bring us back into harmony.

Lance has studied the philosophies of Yoga and Ayurveda for ten years along with the Sanskrit language. In 2011, he completed the Ayurvedic Health Practitioner degree from the California College of Ayurveda, the first state-approved college for the study of Ayurveda. CCA meets or exceeds the educational guidelines of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) and the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine.
