"Servicing Customers with Disabilities"

People with disabilities comprise the largest minority group in the U.S. The 54 million Americans wtih disabilities are potential customers for businesses that are accessible. The primary focus of this training will be tips for providign outstanding cutomer service to people who possess billions of dollars in discretionary spending: people with disabilities.
