Event Description:
Because the schedule for its June 24th Mobile Mammography engagement filled so quickly, Mt. Evans Hospice has added a second date for women in need of a mammogram. A mobile mammography unit from Exempla St. Joseph Hospital will provide mammography screenings for the public on Tuesday, August 4th at the Mt. Evans Hospice offices (3081 Bergen Peak Dr, Evergreen). Screenings are by appointment only, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The mobile mammography program is intended to make receiving a mammogram affordable and accessible to women, whether or or not they have health insurance.
