Event Description:
In partnership with Evergreen/Conifer Pediatrics, MRC, and a grant from The Colorado Trust. This health care clinic is for uninsured and publicly insured children and youth ages 0-20. The clinic is open Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment. Care and treatment of the following: well child physicals, newborn exams, medical illnesses, sport physicals , treatment of injuries and minor traumas, adolescent GYN services, developmental disorders and high altitude medicine. Cost for services is based on co-pays and a sliding fee schedule for children without insurance coverage.
