Event Description:
We'll help eligible families complete their applications to receive health care for their child. Some families may receive temporary healthcare cards for their child that same day!
Sign up on March 21 at the Healthcare Enrollment Fair. Bring the following with you:
- Your child’s birth certificate
- Your child’s passport, state I.D. or school I.D. if he/she has one
- Your child’s social security number
- Your last paycheck stub from each job
- Proff of address: utility bill
