Household hazardous wastes/recycling and document shredding event at El Rancho business area

Household hazardous wastes (HHW) will be collected for safe disposal in the Evergreen Country Day School parking lot (entry past Home Depot on Swede Gulch). Jeffco residents only.  Appointment required: call  303-316-6262.  $20 for up to 75 lb/car.  www.rooneyroadrecycling.org provides full information on what may be brought.

 

Four recycling stations will be on south side of Walmart, also from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.. Document shredding, scrap metal, and tire collections are free. Costs for responsible processing of electronics range from $1 to $10 depending on item.  TVs $1.00/diagonal inch.

 

Educational materials and free hot dogs will be available at the Evergreen Country Day School site.
