Event Description:
The Evergreen Chamber Orchestra will open its 26th season with a Chamber Music Recital in a mountain area home, at 3:00 p.m. on September 28. Members of the orchestra perform small ensembles and solos, followed by a reception. Works performed will be:
Kenton Coe: Chase, for cello quartet
Gabriel Faure: Three Songs, for oboe and piano.
Theodore Holland: Cortege, for cello quartet
W. A. Mozart: Piano Trio in B flat Major
Astor Piazzolla: Milonga in Re, for piano quartet
Sergei Rachmaninov: Prelude, D major, for solo piano
Antonio Vivaldi: Concerto for Two Violins and Piano
Pablo Ziegler: Milonga del Adios, for solo piano
