The 2020 Census allocates more than $675 billion dollars to our communities for resources like roads, hospitals, and school;, and programs like Medicare, low-income housing, and Federal Pell Grants. The census also translates to political power as we use census data for redistricting and allocating seats in Congress. The census is so vital for our community and we only do it once every 10 years. To encourage folks to fill out their 2020 Census, we will be having a virtual Census Dance Party with DJ Chonz. Tune in to listen to some great music with a music legend. DJ Chonz was born and raised in Denver and has been DJing for over 20 years. He was worked with hip-hop luminaries such as Dr. Dre, Eminem, The Roots, and more! You may recognize him from KS107.5 where he was a staple DJ and personality for several years.
