Event Description:
Candlelit Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath with Samantha!
This will be a cozy and warm setting that will be mostly dark and illuminated by candles. You are invited to snuggle up and bring a water bottle, warm blanket, and yoga Mat. We will begin this healing journey by doing some very light movement and getting situated within the present moment and our physical bodies.
We will talk about plant medicine and the origins of cacao and the incredible health benefits it can provide and serve in your everyday life and in ceremony. We will sing a song and a prayer and connect with the earth, our hearts, each other and the medicine.
We will then explore meditation and transition into relaxed focused breathing that will lead to a beautiful and relaxing sound bath.
This is a limited seating event and there are only 10 tickets available. We cannot guarantee walk in availability.
(If you are in your second or third trimester of pregnancy you should avoid sound healing.)
