Denver native Jerry Smaldone produced his first chapbook in 1970, co-hosted a weekly reading series at Muddy's Cafe from '87-'91 and has written several screenplays. His first publisher was Guillermo (Bill) Lazo in Rocky Mountain Arsenal of the Arts.
He searches the world for exotic armchair adventure with gardener wife, Mary Kay and captains the sausage sandwich stand at the internationally respected Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Feast.
