Pay and perks include: 
  • Apprentice hourly pay ($18), graduating to hourly ($20) or commission (50%), whichever is higher each pay period once a chair is earned
  • Sliding Scale Commission on retail once a chair is earned

This position starts as an apprentice growing into more responsibility/opportunity with successful training. The time frame to transition to a commission stylist depends on individual growth- the goal is always to meet and exceed training goals and move into a commission position.
