The Evergreen Chamber of Commerce would like to introduce our news Company Members, Westward Advisors: Lindsey Shorthouse Stapay and Cynthia Daughtrey, Esq. to our community of business services. The ribbon cutting will be hosted at the Evergreen Chamber off Belford Road on Friday, December 10th, 2021 at Noon!

They are local commercial real estate agents with a global reach; eXpRealty & eXpCommercial - a cloud-based company that leverages expert Residential Team Lead, Lindsey Stapay and Commercial Team Lead, Cynthia Daughtrey, Esq. to join forces.

A few details about the Founders of Westward Advisors:

Lindsey was raised in the Rocky Mountains and is well-versed in what makes mountain communities special.  After working on a political campaign and software company, she went to work for a Real Estate Development endeavor to build the 1st LEED Certified Residential Building.... 300 sold units later, it was clear- real estate was her calling.

In 2012-2016, she contracted with the State of Colorado as their NW Director of Small Business Development to raise $8.4 million in small business funding. Simultaneously, hosting the state's largest business conferences while consulting hundreds of families about their real estate investments.

Currently, she loves connecting families to the mountain lifestyle and making investments to work for their futures while playing in the woods with her family and friends.

It is a perfect fit that Cynthia's experience of over 30 years in Real Estate Law should expand Westward Advisors Commercial Division as a local Real Estate Team. Cynthia is a Distinguished Toastmaster, Author, Blow Your Nose, Pull Up Your Socks and Get on With It, 5 Keys to Successful Parenting, and co-authored an International Bestselling Book, Conceived to Lead: Dismantling the Glass Ceiling Mindset.  

Cynthia is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, 1st Judicial District Bar Association; and a member of the Communications and Technology, Business Law, Government Counsel, Solo/Small Firm, Women-Owned Law Firms and Real Estate sections. Because of Ms. Daughtrey's passion for exemplary client service, she pursues additional legal education to stay abreast of the constantly changing environment.

Cynthia enjoys spending her free time outside in the sun as a road and mountain biker, skier, swimmer and triathlete.

Westward Advisors Real Estate Services will cover the I-70 corridor from Evergreen, Idaho Springs, Georgetown, Summit and Eagle Counties.
