Dear Agency/Interested Party,
 
Jefferson County Planning & Zoning is beginning a Regulation Amendment process pertaining to the Zoning Resolution (ZR) and Storm Drainage Design and Technical Criteria (SDDTC). This regulation update is intended to revise the thresholds for which the County will require a Land Disturbance permit and to bring the regulations in compliance with the State Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System permit.
 
We are very interested in any comments or concerns that you or your agency may have with these proposed changes. To make your review easier, Staff created a Scope of the Proposed Changes document, attached, that outlines all the proposed changes. This document can also be viewed in either folder listed below.
