DUTIES:
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Arrange and display flowers in an appealing and creative manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Keep work area clean and organized
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in floral design or related field preferred but not required for the right individual.
- Strong artistic skills with an eye for color, texture, and design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
