This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people and animals, and supports a holistic approach to veterinary medicine alongside western medicine.
Responsibilities
- Manage a busy front desk while providing exceptional customer service
- Answer multi-line phones professionally and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and assist clients with questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate paper files and patient records
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties
- Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and clients
- Support daily clinic operations in a fast-paced veterinary environment
- Learn clinic systems and procedures quickly
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Veterinary medicine knowledge or previous veterinary experience preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Full-time availability required
- Supportive of holistic medicine in conjunction with western medicine
