Job Description:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate the espresso machine and other café equipment efficiently while ensuring quality control.
  • Serve and/or package bakery items for customers
  • Operate and handle financial transactions accurately using cash register or Square POS system
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Stock shelves and merchandise products
  • Clear and wipe down tables in seating area as necessary
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and sanitation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Prior experience in a food, customer service, retail, or barista role is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Knowledge of basic math
  • Must be 16 years or older to be employed
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
