Event Description:
Celebrate the incredible diversity and importance of native wildflowers through fun activities for the whole family. Explore stations on wildflowers and pollinators, learn to identify invasive weeds, enjoy a wildflower hike, and browse the native plants available for sale. Admission is FREE and registration is not required. Please drop by any time during the festival (10 am - 4 pm) to enjoy the various activities. Wildflower hikes at: 11:30 am, 1:30 pm, and 3:00 pm Hikes will take place on our Forest Loop trail, an easy but rocky trail with a moderate uphill climb. Please wear comfortable walking shoes. Wildflowers hikes are an hour in length. All other activities are ongoing. The majority of the festival is outside so please wear appropriate clothing and bring water and snacks as needed.
