This session isn’t about silencing that voice. It’s about understanding it.
In this interactive experience, you’ll explore how your inner critic is shaping your decisions, why it shows up when it does, and how to recognize it as a signal, not a stop sign. You’ll leave with a simple, practical shift you can use immediately: how to choose your next honest step, even when that voice is loud. Because confidence doesn’t come first. Trust does.
About Our Speaker: Courtney Headley is the founder of Center Court Collective, where she supports women in rebuilding self-trust so they can lead with confidence and integrity. After 16 years in corporate leadership, she now works with women navigating moments of uncertainty, helping them move forward without waiting to feel completely confident. Her work focuses on understanding the inner critic, recognizing patterns of overthinking, and choosing one honest next step.
