Event Description:
This story of love and redemption is based on the Broadway production, and follows the adventures of the young lion prince, Simba, the heir to his father, Mufasa. Simba's wicked uncle, Scar, lures father and son into a stampede of wildebeasts. Simba survives and flees, to return as an adult, focused on taking back his homeland. He does so with the help of his two hilarious and unlikely friends, Timon and Pumbaa. This engaging tale touches the hearts and minds of everyone, regardless of age. Performances by the Premier Companies are on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 7:00 PM, with Saturday matinees at 3:00 PM, March 1 through March 10, 2018.
