Ananda guides us on a meditative experience that begins with a discussion of the chakras and your energy system and the purposes of each chakra. Then we journey into sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and gongs. This aligns your energy body and creates a clear and peaceful experience that has a lasting effect of inner peace and awareness. Wear comfy clothes and bring a mat, blanket and pillow or whatever you desire to be comfortable as you lay or sit on the floor during the meditation.
