Event Description:
Come relax with us for an evening! In this workshop, we’ll practice a short gentle movement sequence, followed by breathwork, and a deeply relaxing sound bath. Please bring your mat, pillow, an eye mask, and whatever else you need to be extra comfortable. Hot tea will be provided! Only 10 spots available.
