Event Description:
Our Wellness Classes promote healthy living, not only for our physical bodies but also emotionally, mentally, etc. In the past, we have had classes on healthy eating, fire safety and computer/technology help. In the future, we plan to do more of the same and hope to add more classes - tell us about topics that are of interest to you!
