10:45 pm - Sleep

8 am - Breakfast
8:30 am - Hike and Yoga
9:30 am - Special Guest Speaker
11:30 am - Pick Up
Things to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Sleeping bag, pillow. blanket
• Water bottle
• Pj’s
• Journal
• Best friend (or meet one there!)
