Steve Mains has studied and practiced meditation for over 40 years. For three of those years, he lived in a meditation center focusing full time on the study and practice of meditation. He has been fortunate to have studied with true meditation masters. One such master, his principal teacher, authorized me to serve as a mediation instructor.
