Presented by the Colorado Mountain Club, this introductory seminar in hiking safety skills is for those individuals interested in enjoying Colorado's backcountry. You will learn about lightening, avalanches, animal encounters, getting lost (and staying found!), forest fires, safety gear and emergency protocols.
