Event Description:
Join us for an open house! Free Yoga, all day! Raffle for prizes and giveaways during each class! Echo Yoga is offering free mini-classes each hour, on the hour, starting at 10am. These 40-minute classes will give you the opportunity to check out our different styles of yoga and ask any questions you may have. Come see our yoga studio, playroom, our massage room and our community area! Mini Classes: 10am Toddler & Me Yoga 11am Restorative/Yin Yoga Noon Vinyasa 2/3 1pm Baby & Me Postnatal Yoga 2pm Beginners Yoga 3pm Vinyasa Flow 4pm Kids Yoga 5pm Prenatal Yoga 6:30pm Vinyasa 1/2 (1 hour) followed by live music and celebration in our community area! We will be partnering with Tuscany Tavern and Sushi Win to provide yummy snacks throughout the day! Hope to see you there!!
