We know that some families in our mountain communities have been struggling with the cost of their children’s healthcare needs. We love our community and we want to help. If you live in the mountain communities of Evergreen, Conifer, Aspen Park, Bailey, Pine, Idaho Springs, Black Hawk or anywhere in between and you have a child under the age of 18, come in on Saturday and we will care for you for free. Simply bring your child and local Colorado identification to any of the offices below.
EVERGREEN VISION CENTER – DR. DAN HOCK
Dr Hock and his staff will be offering vision and eye health evaluations. They will be able to offer prescription glasses and look at reading eye movements and near vision testing that relates to reading and learning difficulties
KIDS TO COLLEGE, PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY – DR. COURTNEY COLLEGE
Dr. College and her staff will be offering exams, cleanings, fluoride, and any indicated x-rays, as well working with you on a plan to handle any dental issues as they are diagnosed. Depending on availability, some treatment needs may be handled same day!
MOUNTAIN PEDIATRICS – DR. VALERI LESWING
Dr. Valeri and her staff will be offering complete well child care, including assessments of growth, nutrition, sleep, hearing, behavior and development. We will also be evaluating any concerns for asthma or other illness as needed.
WANT TO HELP?
Winter is an expensive time of year for parents, kids just seem to outgrow their winter gear the second you bring it home. If you have clean and gently used winter coats, winter pants, or snow boots that your children can no longer wear, please consider bringing them in so that we can donate them to others.
In addition, we are collecting diapers of all sizes, baby wipes, and any unopened formula you may have.
