This workshop focuses discussion on the mechanics of being an empath, and will provide opportunities for hands-on exercises and energy management. Presentation regarding heightened sensitivity will help attendees discern where they are on the spectrum of being empathic and empathetic, and learn how self-care varies for different sensitivities.
