Event Description:
Join us for A Day of the Arts on Saturday, September 5 from 11 am-4 pm: a FREE day of live performances and hands-on art in the CAE “grove” in our parking lot. Come for one hour or enjoy an entire day of arts. In addition to the exciting lineup of performances and events, we will still be maintaining some tradition: honoring our Arts Person of the Year, Celia Sladek. Over the years, Celia’s tireless energy and dedication have allowed CAE to implement world-class exhibitions like Rocky Mountain National Watermedia show, to acquire numerous grants, and to create innovative outreach programs for our mountain communities. A Day of the Arts was designed to honor Celia, by providing arts outreach for ALL in Evergreen. A Day of the Arts is FREE for all and a wonderful way to get people outside, seeing, hearing, and participating in the arts.
