Event Description:
CrossFit Evergreen will host an indoor rowing clinic. This clinic will be led by Nick Cindrich, CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer. Nick is a former collegiate rower, coach, and USRowing team competitor. this will be a technique session focused on how to safely and efficiently apply power on the ergometer for strength and endurance. $20 for a one hour session. Open to the public.
