Ahoy, me hearties! Hiwan Homestead Museum is hosting a Children's Pirate Tea Party from Noon until 1:20 P.M. on Monday, July 15! Pirate-themed decorations, food, games and activities will be featured. Children from 6 to 12 years old are invited! Pre-registration is required. To register or for more information, call Hiwan Homestead Museum at 720-497-7650. There is a fee of $8.00 to attend.
Hiwan Homestead Museum is a 25-room log mansion built in the Rustic style of architecture, located at 4208 S. Timbervale Dr., Evergreen CO 80439. The Museum operates through a partnership between Jefferson County Open Space and Jefferson County Historical Society. The Museum was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
