Event Description:
Participants learn to make salmon 4 ways, salted, smoked, cured, and a pate. The Charcuterie board includes red onions, capers, black olives, radishes, cucumbers, blue cheese, goat cheese, horseradish sauce, and sourdough bread paired with Riesling. Cooking classes include a full meal and beverage pairings. Reservations required.
