Achieving Academic Success: Learn the Skills Most Students Wish They Had Before College
Most students spend years preparing academically for college but are never taught how to succeed once they get there.
Achieving Academic Success is a 4-week online course for teens and young adults who want to build the mindset, skills, and strategies needed for success in college, work, and life. Whether you're preparing for college, entering the workforce, or still exploring your future direction, this course helps you develop the tools needed to thrive with greater independence and confidence.
Students learn:
• How learning actually works and how to learn more effectively
• Time management and productivity strategies that work in the real world
• How to stay motivated when no one is checking up on you
• How to recover from setbacks and keep moving forward
• How to clarify where you want to go and build a plan to get there
Most students are capable of remarkable success, but many are never taught how learning changes after high school or how to navigate new freedom and responsibility. Instead, they are expected to figure it out while juggling classes, work, relationships, and major life decisions. This course helps students develop those skills before they need them.
The course is fully online with flexible scheduling and no required meeting times, making it easy to fit around summer jobs, travel, sports, family commitments, and other activities. Students also receive individualized coaching and support throughout the course to help them apply what they learn to their own goals and challenges.
