Event Description:
Seniors' Resource Center is providing a 5 hour break for Caregivers who are taking care of an aging family member. Five hours of adult day services and lunch will be offered at no charge, and the caregiver has the option of using this time off to recharge by shopping, exercising, visiting friends - whatever! Or they can stay for an optional 'caregiver's' workshop. Pre-registration is required by Tuesday, Jan 28. Call 303-674-2843 or stop in at 5120 Hwy. 73 from 8 - 5 Monday - Friday.
